Originally a Suede song co-written with Brett Anderson, See that Animal was initially known as "Going Blonde". It contains a number of tropes that are recognisable from early Suede lyrics, with references to animals, trapeze artists, drug and drag acts, etc. Frischmann modified the song and removed the original chorus ("Oh, Terry you're going blonde!"), replacing it with the stepped instrumental bridge.
