“SAMO” is the ninth track off of Big Fish Theory. The title is most likely a reference to a graffiti tag developed by renowned artist Jean-Michel Basquiat and his friend Al Diaz. According to Basquiat, the name originated from a stoned conversation with Diaz, in which they called the marijuana that they smoked the “same old shit”. The theme of the song also plays to comments Vince recently made in an interview with LA Weekly: "If a photographer took the same picture over and over again
