"Romantic" is a song by singer Karyn White released in August 17, 1991 as the lead single of her second studio album, Ritual of Love (1991). Karyn co-wrote the song with Jimmy Jam & her future husband Terry Lewis, with the latter 2 also producing the track. It hit #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in November 1991, making it her biggest hit, Romantic was also White's fourth #1 on the Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart. Romantic was ranked number 28 on Billboard's "60 Sexiest Songs of All Time".
