The Revengeance Songfacts reports that this song is about Max Cavalera's stepson Dana Wells, who was killed by a hit and run driver after the release of the Sepultura album Roots in 1996. The tragedy in part led to Cavalera leaving the band and forming Soulfly. The song features Max Cavalera's sons, Richie (of Incite), Zyon and Igor (both of Lody Kong). Igor wrote the main riff to the song and contributed vocals along with Richie while Zyon performed drums.
