This song seem to be about war, and the ability for humans to kill one another, but there can be other interpretations as the lyrics are pretty vague. Other interpretations can be questioning the existence of God or even the Holocaust (especially the first verse). The title was (intentionally) misspelled by the band, and the song was in the works at least since late 2002, as the song was being played live with some altered lyrics around the same time, as shown here.
