“Pushing It Down And Praying” is the lead single of Older (and Wiser), describing a complex relationship held together by intimacy. Lizzy teased this song twice, on TikTok and Instagram. The song features background vocals from Tiny Habits. Lizzy met the trio on Instagram in 2021, and they have collaborated several times since then. She performed with them at her Tiny Desk Concert, and they were both featured on JP Saxe’s song “Everything Ends”.
