“PTSD” is 8th track on Pop Smoke’s debut mixtape Meet the Woo. On “PTSD” Pop Smoke opens up about his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that he suffers from due to the horrific violence he has witnessed in the streets. The song features Pop Smoke taking an introspective perspective, opting to sing in a manner reminiscent of his mentor 50 Cent rather than his usual rapping style. This singing style would later be used heavily on Pop’s posthumous debut album Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon.
