“Prototype” was André 3000’s single released with Big Boi’s “GhettoMuzick” as the final singles from OutKast’s double album “Speakerboxxx/The Love Below“. This funk guitar ballad has been covered by multiple artists, including DRAM and Tame Impala among others. In the music video, André plays an alien (or “ATLien“) landing on Earth and falling in love with a woman, who he ends up changing his life for at the conclusion of the video.
