“Portrait Of Ned” is one of Alex’s earlier projects on his first album. The song is cryptic and has various seemingly unrelated phrases tied together. One common thing mentioned is a girl, and his anger and love are mentioned for her. Although he loves the girl, he is angry at her for being with someone else and is conflicted on how to feel and take the situation.
