"PLAY THIS" is a song by Playboi Carti that dropped as a promotion for his long awaited album "MUSIC". The song surprise dropped on his alternate Instagram account, @opium_00pium, on November 21, 2024. It released only a couple hours before another unnamed song was scheduled to drop on November 22. Ultimately, this was the only song to be released. The song was first mentioned in August of 2023, with Luka Sabbat, a close associate with Carti tweeting out some of the lyrics. The song features SWAMP IZZO and is produced by Roark Bailey & V-Ron.
