This song is about one of Jack Stauber's known fans, Pizza Boy Anthony. Pizza Boy Anthony is a big fan of Jack Stauber who has autism. He is the first thing you'll see when you watch the "Who is Jack Stauber?" video on Jack Stauber's youtube page. It could also be a subtle reference to Brian Wells, (November 15, 1956 - August 28, 2003) a pizza delivery driver who robbed a PNC bank in Erie, Pennsylvania, Jack's hometown. He was actually forced to rob the bank by 3 assailants, one of which put a remote collar bomb around his neck.
