Piriguete is brazilian slang for a young girl who has multiple partners. She tends to seek out men who are married and with money in order to pay for her needs. The term originated in Salvador and quickly spread out throughout Brazil because of this popular funk song by MC Papo. It's used as an insult akin to the English "slut".
