“Patience” deals with our narrator going through a breakthrough and being the happiest he’s ever been, maybe after a breakup. However, it seems like the vicious cycle of going back and forth in the relationship continues, much to the exasperation of the lover and even when Bowman realizes how bad this relationship makes him feel.
