'Partyman' is a pop/funk/dance song by Prince from the soundtrack album 'Batman', released in 1989. It was the second single released from the album, and it was a hit in both sides of the Atlantic. The song is one of the few on the album that is prominently featured in the film-- during the famous scene in which the Joker and his minions gleefully desecrate the Gotham City Art Museum and threaten Vicki Vale. The song burned up several charts. It hit #45 on the 'Dance Music/Club Play Singles' chart
