"Paranoid" is the first single from the Jonas Brothers fourth studio album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times. It was released on April 29, 2009, through Hollywood Records. The three brothers wrote the song with English singer-songwriter Cathy Dennis and their producer John Fields.
