Paisley Haze was written and performed by "The Vectors" from Arcadia Valley, Missouri in the USA in the late 1960's and should not be confused with "The Vectors" from Sweden, or California. They also had a song entitled "Cry me 1000 tears". They produced a single 45 record, and were regionally known for playing community dances, battle of the bands, etc... The song has also been included in a few composition records of garage band music from the 60's.
