"Only Ones Who Know" is the sixth track on Arctic Monkeys' second studio album "Favourite Worst Nightmare". Unlike the rest of this album, however, this song has a very slow, psychedelic feel. It incorporates elements of dream-pop and neo-psychedelia, creating an almost out-of-place yet fitting touch to the album.
