"One Vision" is a song by the British rock band Queen. It was first released as a single in November 1985 and later included on the 1986 album "A Kind of Magic". The song originated from an idea by drummer Roger Taylor and developed through a collaborative writing process involving all members of the band. The lyrics were partly inspired by the life and speeches of Martin Luther King Jr. Roger Taylor later stated in the BBC documentary "Queen: Days of Our Lives" that elements of the lyrics were influenced by King’s famous speeches.
