Old Walking Shoes was written by Chuck Bailey for Acoustic Guitar in 12-Bar Blues Format, common to the Country Blues Style of Mississippi. Chuck wrote this song on a small trail, located on the North Side of Lee's Summit, Missouri in May of 1995. Chuck later adapted this song for electric at local blues jams in the Blues Scene around Kansas City, Missouri. This song has never varied from original form, with the exception that has found a home on the electric guitar.
