One of the most popular early rave anthems, this track was pulled from (legal) distribution after a copyright lawsuit by the estate of Carl Orff, whose original 'O Fortuna' from the opera 'Carmina Burana' was heavily sampled to create Apotheosis' version. From a 2000 MacEdition article: "The estate of Carl Orff (Orff himself being long dead) believed it was undignified that the Carmina Burana be reworked into popular culture, and immediately sued to stop the distribution of 'O Fortuna'.
