Not Too Soon is the second single off of the Rhode Island-based alternative rock band Throwing Muses’ 1991 album The Real Ramona. It was written by guitarist and vocalist Tanya Donelly . The song has existed years before the release of The Real Ramona with a demo on the internet dating back to 1984. The song remains as one of Throwing Muses’ most popular songs and has been covered by The Salt Flats and Jeff Rosenstock.
