"No Way" is a song written by Lady Gaga and Fernando Garibay, who also produced it in 2008 when they were working on projects for Interscope Records. The song was first offered (rumor) to artists like and Beyoncé Knowles, but was later kept for a future release. The song is musically similar to "Quicksand". Regarding the the unauthorized release of the song, Garibay responded "we're saving that one for the future."
