The song was re-recorded Autumn 1992 for inclusion on the band's second album. Some lyrics are 'influenced' by Tammy St. John song Dark Shadows and Empty Hallways. According to the reissue sleevenotes, the song was inspired by the Paris Sisters and David Lynch.
