"Nilsson Sings Newman" is the opening track of Paul Williams' 1974 album Here Comes Inspiration. Aside from the titular references to Harry Nilsson and Randy Newman (and by extent, Nilsson's album Nilsson Sings Newman), the song also alludes to Jimmy Van Heusen and Robert Schumann. At less than a minute (specifically, 0:53), it is the shortest song in Williams' catalog.
