Need was one of the first songs singer-songwriter Hana Pestle wrote. It was originally written in 2004 when Hana was 15. It was later produced for her solo album by Ben Moody and Michael "Fish" Herring and recorded in LA. The piano performance on the album is from David Hodges. Hana has since started a campaign to have Need included on the soundtrack for the upcoming release, New Moon but was not successful.
