Indie rock band Yo La Tengo recorded “My Little Corner of the World” for their 1997 album I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One. Their version was later featured on the 2002 Gilmore Girls soundtrack, which took its title from the song. Originally released in 1960, the love song was written by Lee Pockriss (music) and Bob Hilliard (lyrics) and has been covered by several artists over the decades.
