"My Blood" is the second track from English singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding's second album Halcyon (2012). The song was written and produced by Goulding and Jim Eliot and is about feeling completely depleted and weakened, with Goulding echoing the vocals of Adele. "My Blood" takes on a ethereal yet darkened sound with a sonically-gradual build, until everything drops off leaving hums to finish the track. Goulding has stated in the past that it’s her favourite song to sing from Halcyon.
