Upon watching George Winston play live in Torrington, CT in 2010, one may say they can feel the palpable sounds pour from the Steinway Piano. Strolling onto the stage clad in comfortable jeans and stocking feet, George carries a weathered and well worn guitar case and places it next to his bench. Appearing shy and being a man of few words, George introduces the piece he is about to play, and begins. Upon ending, George nods and states, “thank you, thank you very much”.
