Originally intended as an intro to '4 Minute Warning', MK 2 was replaced during the recording process for In Rainbows, opting for a separate release on Disk 2 of In Rainbows. 'MK 2' utilizes an AS Synthesizer to compose the first 10 seconds of the song, followed by a multi-layered Ondes Martenot piece played by Jonny Greenwood with a slapback delay.
