“Mimosa” is the third track on Fête de la Vanille first teased as far as a year in advance of the track’s official release in a now-deleted Instagram post featuring a 17-second clip that revealed the track’s official name. Later, an 18-second Twitter voice recording was shared, which was deleted soon after. The track instantly received love from fans, who began questioning when it would be released.
