They plan their life together, but in the end it doesn’t work out and becomes mere “memories.” The moral is that there’s no point in a “five year plan”, because it’s probably not gonna work out anyway. “Memories is a fun one ‘cause I was taking inspiration from Scenes from an Italian Restaurant by Billy Joel which you would never know by listening to it 'cause sonically it doesn’t sound like that.
