"Married with Children" is partly inspired by Noel's relationship with his then-girlfriend, Louise Jones, as well as the American sitcom Married... with Children. The song appears as the eleventh and final track on Oasis's debut album, Definitely Maybe (1994). The album version was recorded in 1992 in Mark Coyle's bedroom. Another demo with Noel on vocals was also recorded during the same sessions but remains unreleased. The finished lyrics appear in Noel's notebook under the working title "Love."
