The song was written by the series' music producer Adam Anders, Swedish pop music producer Max Martin, and Peer Åström, Savan Kotecha, and Johan Schuster. The song is their first official single, being sent to US radio on March 1, 2011. The song is featured in Original Song, the sixteenth episode of Season Two.
