'Let It Snow' (not a cover) is the first track of a balladeer's Christmas album 'December' (2017) which contains only original songs. The video is entirely made of 40 year old 8mm film, shot by the singer/songwriter's mother. It shows what the world looked like in The Netherlands in the late seventies. In the song Marinus de Goederen wishes for a big, white blanket to quiet the world down and he reminisces the time his dad taught him iceskating.
