Leo Marini was a very well-known(born in Argentina) balladier that reached his highest fame with the Sonora Matancera in Cuba.-all of Hispanic -America made him one of their favorite singers while he was performing and living for long periods of time in Cuba and Puerto Rico. The song" Lamento Borincano" was composed by the Puero Rican Rafael Henandez. This song (Lamento Borincano) is almost like the semi-national hymn of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico and Cuba are very close to each other in customs as well as music genres.
