Just for Now was recorded in 2004 for a holiday episode of the television show The O.C., but was deemed too dark in the context of the episode, and was never used. It instead appeared on Heap's sophomore album Speak for Yourself. It gained notoriety for being sampled in Lil B's I'm God, which was produced by Clams Casino. The song has also spawned numerous covers.
