This is Part 2, or the remix, to the original Junya which is track 9 on the album. This version shortens Kanye’s contribution, extends Playboi Carti’s verse, and adds Ty Dolla $ign. “Junya” is a tribute to elusive Japanese fashion designer Junya Watanabe. Watanabe, a protégé of Comme des Garçons designer Rei Kawakubo, is best known for his work with CDG as well as his own eponymous clothing brand. The song features Kanye’s “Go2DaMoon” collaborator Playboi Carti, marking the duo’s second collaboration.
