“Joy” is the fourth single off That Woman’s debut album Find Joy, released on July 19, 2024. It was the first song written for the album. In an Instagram post, That Woman wrote: “This song means a lot to me. It started the whole album. I hit 30 and sat back in my nice house, with my amazing husband, my dog, my health, my friends and family, a career I adore where I’m creative every day, I’m my own boss, I’ve seen the world, I’ve ticked off all my bucket list dreams – and yet I was miserable.
