Written about Johnette Napolitano's relationship with Marc Moreland in Wall of Voodoo and his alcoholism problem. The song reached #1 on Billboard's Alternative chart and #19 on the Billboard Hot 100, the band's only big chart hit. Moreland would die in 2002 due to kidney failure.
