“Jobs” is the lead single to City Girls’ sophomore studio album, City on Lock, and was released only three hours before the remainder of the album. On the song, JT and Yung Miami boast that they no longer have to work regular “jobs” because of their success with rap. They then detail the several ways that they make money and the exorbitant purchases that they make with it. Like the duo’s November 2018 single, “Act Up,” their fellow Quality Control signee, Lil Yachty, is credited as a writer on the song.
