Song
It was originally titled Jazz Interlude and was written by Billy Munn and performed by the Charles Brull Dance Orchestra conducted by Munn. Its first known use is in the soundtrack of the 1950 Swedish comedy film adaption of the The Scarlet Pimpernel, Pimpernel Svensson. It was also broadcast on the BBC as test card music in 1954. It appears on the KPM CD Roads to War, only available for production music licensing from APM music.
