"It Hurts Me Too" is a blues standard by an unknown writer that was first recorded in 1940 by American Chicago blues musician Tampa Red. It borrows from earlier blues songs, especially "Things 'Bout Comin' My Way" (recorded by Tampa Red in 1931), and has been recorded by many artists (including the Elmore James version recorded it in 1957).
