"Inertia Creeps" is a song by English electronic music band Massive Attack, released on 19 October 1998. It was the fourth and final single released from their third album, Mezzanine. Although it was the least commercially successful of the four singles released from Mezzanine, charting only at No. 16 on the New Zealand Singles Chart, it has been noted as one of the best singles from the album. The song describes a relationship that Robert del Naja had, which at the time had just ended:
