“In My Dreams” features a bridge from English singer-songwriter Damon Albarn. Albarn writes for the virtual band Gorillaz, who in fact produced this track. “In My Dreams” marks the third collaboration between Albarn and Uchis, following 2017s' “She’s My Collar” and “Ticker Tape.” Growing up in Colombia, Kali was exposed to prostitution, drugs, and violence at a young age. In this song, Kali asserts her desire for an idyllic life devoid of these troubles.
