"In Boxes" is a song by AURORA, released for her debut extended play Running With The Wolves. It is the third track on the EP. AURORA wrote this song circa 2015. Kitchen knives were used as part of the percussion of the song. In a 2021 livestream, AURORA noted the inspiration was: "a woman who cut up body parts and hid them in the boxes." She said to Aftenposten K in 2015: "I often sit at home and write stories. I've been doing that since I was a kid.
