Arguably the definitive (first era) Roxy Music song. Performed by all original founding members of the band, including Graham Simpson on bass, the song is a four part 'symphony'. Opening with a playful honky-tonk piano, simple rhythmic bass-line and twangy guitar, the song soon transforms into Manzanera solo joined by MacKay's saxophone, finally joined by Ferry's impassioned vocals memorable for the line 'I would do anything for you [...] grow[] potatoes by the score'.
