I Ran Over A Cat is the first song on I Ran Over A Cat EP, it was recorded in Josh's music room through a digital camera instead of recording on a computer in their school's music room like they did for the song's I've Got Ants In My Pants & My Pet Circle Called Purple. By doing that the song doesn't have as much clarity or bass as the other songs on the EP.
