"Hydro City Zone Act 2" is a song that plays in the second act of the zone of the same name from the 1994 platform game Sonic the Hedgehog 3 which returns in Sonic Mania. It was originally composed by Masayuki Nagao. This rendition by Victor McKnight takes on a lo-fi version of the song.
