“Human Being” is the second track on Swedish pop singer Robyn’s sixth studio album, Honey. It features Iranian-Swedish singer-songwriter Zhala. In the song, Robyn imagines an Artificial Intelligence-dominated world in which humans have been rendered obsolete. She told Pitchfork that, in this futuristic world, AI treats humans the way that humans now treat animals. The instrumentation is sparse and futuristic, with the Observer deeming it “lofty, dark techno.”
