Appearing in Lord Finesse’s third album, The Awakening, “Hip 2 Da Game“ samples Oscar Peterson’s 1971 single ‘Dream Of You’. The instrumental was then used by Mac Miller in “Kool-Aid And Frozen Pizza“ from his third mixtape, K.I.D.S, without a permission. Finesse placed a $10 million lawsuit for Mac doing so in 2012.
